The international division offers recurring physical product purchases where available on the storefront.

Choosing a recurring purchase

A recurring purchase must be selected by the customer through the relevant store. Review the product, quantity, renewal amount, frequency, delivery charges and applicable terms before confirming. Visiting this corporate site or buying through Mercado Livre does not enrol a customer in an Okinami subscription.

Renewal information

Renewals follow the conditions agreed with the actual seller. Promotional prices or bundle offers do not establish an additional subscription discount unless specifically disclosed. This corporate page does not introduce a new discount, billing frequency, renewal charge or commitment period.

Management and cancellation

Use the management link supplied with your subscription communications or the account options provided by the relevant store. Contact support@tryokinami.com with the order or subscription reference for assistance with cancellation, schedule changes or other available options.

Cancellation stops future renewals according to the applicable subscription conditions and effective date. It does not automatically cancel, recall or refund an order already created or dispatched. If you need assistance with an existing order, state that separately and review the returns and refunds information.

Changes and payment issues

Available changes depend on the plan and the current order stage. Stock or payment issues are handled under the store’s disclosed subscription conditions. This page does not promise uninterrupted stock, a universal renewal schedule or a specific retry process.

Earlier purchases and consent

An earlier one-time purchase is not converted into a recurring purchase without the customer’s separate selection and applicable consent. Brazilian marketplace customers are not automatically enrolled in the international recurring purchase programme.
