Our manufacturing and logistics model uses partners in China. Delivery conditions are determined by the product and sales channel.

Manufacturing, warehousing and preparation

Products are sourced through manufacturing partners, including white-label and private-label ranges. The supply model includes China-based third-party logistics (3PL) and prep-center services for receipt, storage, preparation, packing and dispatch.

The actual stock location, preparation stage and dispatch arrangements may differ by product and order. This overview is not confirmation that a particular order has been dispatched.

Before placing an order

Review product availability, estimated preparation and delivery times, destination eligibility, shipping charges, taxes and any import-related conditions displayed by the listing or checkout. We do not publish a universal delivery period or free-shipping threshold on this corporate site.

Brazilian marketplace orders

For purchases from Athenix on Mercado Livre, use the listing and purchase details for delivery estimates and tracking. Warehouse and carrier arrangements vary by listing. The marketplace’s published conditions apply to that transaction.

Okinami international orders

For an Okinami purchase, review the store delivery policy and the order’s checkout conditions. Current sales are directed to customers in Spain; international expansion does not establish that every country or region is available.

Tracking, delays and delivery issues

Use the shipment updates associated with your order. If tracking is missing, delayed or inconsistent, contact the relevant channel with the order reference. A label or tracking number alone may not show that a carrier has collected a parcel. We do not promise a specific dispatch date on this corporate page.

Returns and support

The Florida registered mailing address is not a returns warehouse or customer collection point. Follow the return instructions for the relevant sales channel.
